Twelve industry companies have been selected from nearly 40 nominees as this year’s Greatest Companies To Work For—an annual recognition program hosted by PPAI’s PPB magazine.
The five suppliers and seven distributors were selected based on nominations by employees. Many of the companies selected this year share similar cultures that give employees a strong sense of purpose and pride about the work they perform as well as appreciation for the people with whom they work. “Management makes us feel as though we are part of a family…” said one nominator. “The team atmosphere starts at the top … our owners would never ask us to do something they would not do themselves,” said another. Nominations also echoed the importance of an energetic and creative workplace. “We constantly create an environment where our reps want to be in the office,” said a nominator.
