Current Openings

Production Planner/Pre-Press Support

 

Coordinate and expedite the flow of work and materials. Prepare electronic proofs of customer supplied artwork and prepare art and database files for offset and digital printing.

Tasks:

         Calculate figures such as required amounts of labor and materials using computers and calculators.

         Compile and prepare documentation (work order) related to production sequences.

         Requisition and maintain inventories of materials and supplies necessary to meet production demands.

         Confer with production personnel to establish job ship dates and communicate these to customer service.

         Use graphic programs to arrange and prepare customer supplied artwork to generate a proof for the customer

         Prepare files of artwork and databases for offset and digital printing.

         Interact with sales, the customer, and production personnel to produce a quality product.

Knowledge:

         Computer Knowledge - Excel, word processing, file and records management. Working knowledge of computer drawing programs such as Illustrator, Photoshop. CorelDraw a plus.

         Mathematics - knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry and their applications.

         Knowledge of production processes is preferred.

         Knowledge of art file formats and electronic art.

         Knowledge of  color separations, screens, dot gain and resolution a plus.

Skills:

         Reading comprehension - understanding written sentences in work related documents.

         Management of material resources

         Time management

         Mathematics

Abilities:

         Number Facility - the ability to add, subtract, multiply, or divide quickly and correctly.

         Communication - both written and verbal to convey information effectively.

         Information ordering - the ability to arrange things or actions in a certain pattern according to a specific rule or rules.

         Mathematical reasoning - the ability to choose the right mathematical methods to solve a problem.

         Deductive reasoning - the ability to apply general rules to specific problems to produce answers that make sense.

Educational Requirements:

         Associates Degree Required - Bachelors Degree Preferred

Inside Account Manager

 

The Account Manager (AM) is responsible for managing sales and service in an existing account base. The ultimate goal is retention, growth and loyalty.

Duties and responsibilities:

55%      Manages an assigned sales base to maximize sales revenues and meet company objectives.

         Manage and initiate contract renewals of existing accounts

         Work with the CRM to develop an action plan for each account

         Successfully achieve sales quotas

         Accurately forecasts annual, quarterly and monthly revenue streams

         Anticipate customers' needs and proactively contact with solutions

         Attend and participate in sales meetings and trade shows

         Document all pre-sales activity (quotes)

40%      Become a customer "Trusted Advisor"

         Act as the main point of contact for customers within your territory.

         Play the role of "customer advocate" to improve trust & loyalty

         Handle day-to-day customer inquiries (i.e. order status, tracking information, problem resolution, etc.)

         Build customer success stories

         Document all customer interaction

5%        Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products

         Stay well-informed about current industry trends

         Be able to talk intelligently about the industry as a whole

Essential Education, Skills and Environment:

Education and Work Experience:

         Bachelor's degree in business or sales or equivalent training/experience in related field

Inside Sales Representative

 

The Sales Representative is responsible for identifying, qualifying and winning new accounts.

Duties and responsibilities:

80%    To generate additional sales revenue from new accounts to meet company objectives.

         Identify prospective new customers from published lists, trade shows and networking

         Qualify prospective new accounts

         Educate new prospects on our capabilities and develop relationships

         Successfully achieve sales quotas 

         Attend and participate in sales meetings and trade shows

         Visit prospective accounts as appropriate

20%    Keep abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.

         Develop an expertise of the market, route to market, major customers and competition

         Stay well informed about current industry trends

         Be able to talk intelligently about the industry

         Be able to talk intelligently about Bristol ID and it's products
