i.d. ideas badge design competition

LIMA, NY, (3/7/08)
- Bristol ID Technologies, a manufacturer of custom plastic cards
and a distributor of badging systems, has won ICMA's I.D. Ideas
Badge Design Competition.
The International Card Manufacturers Association (ICMA) sponsors a
competition allowing its members to submit their badge design for
consideration to be the badge worn by all attendees at their annual
Expo event. The purpose of this competition is to recognize the
expertise and talent of their member companies with card design and
production.
Badge Back
Kelly Ronan, Pre-Press Technician at Bristol ID, designed this
year's winning entry. "It is quite an achievement to enter and
actually win this award considering the global competition," says
James Morsch, Director of Operations. "Kelly's design incorporates a
great mix of printing and security features that we offer including
fine line/guilloche print, embedded holographic foils, and surface
stamped metallic foil. Kelly did an outstanding job of combining
multiple technical print and material features with a great look and
feel artistically." |
