What Should You Send?
Please send only your printer. All cables, power cords, manuals, or software should not be included.
How Should You Ship Your Printer?
Any reputable carrier such as Fed EX, DHL, UPS should be used. Bristol ID Technologies accepts no responsibility for printers which are lost or damaged by the carrier. All shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, both to and from Bristol ID Technologies.
Packaging:
We recommend you use the original printer box when ever possible. If you do not have this available please pack carefully as printers can sustain damage during transportation. Your printer will be returned to you in the appropriate OEM shipping container to safeguard it from damage while in transit back to you.
