Bristol ID Technologies is proud to announce that it has made PPB’s Greatest Companies to Work For List of 2019.
Bristol was nominated back in February, when employees were asked to rate their company in five areas that explored benefits, resources, culture, leadership and company direction. The ratings were based on a 15 question online survey that was submitted directly to PPB.
Of the 117 companies that were nominated, only 60 made the Top Greatest Companies List. The survey guidelines required that a certain percentage of the total administered surveys be completed by employees, allowing participation from organizations in both the the U.S. and Canada.
PPB’s release provided more insight on what it takes to make it into the top 60: “This is always a very popular program—and one of the most competitive,” says PPB Editor Tina Berres Filipski. “It’s tough to make it into that top 60 list. Inclusion there means the company is creating a workplace where employees are, in general, really happy to work there.”
