Inkjet event credentials are one flexible option within Bristol ID’s broader event credential offering. Designed for onsite printing and personalization, these credentials are available in standard and oversized formats, with options for custom sizes, preprinting, RFID technology and security features.
Flexible Options for Onsite Event Credential Printing
Event credentials have to work with the way a program is printed, issued and used. Some applications need a familiar oversized format for onsite printing. Others require a custom size, additional security or RFID technology.
Bristol ID gives dealers more ways to configure the credential around those requirements, with blank and preprinted inkjet options, flexible sizes and thicknesses, and the ability to add technology and security where needed.

Description
Bristol ID produces blank and preprinted inkjet event credentials designed to support onsite issuance. Options are available for well-established inkjet printers, while our broader positioning keeps dealers ready for evolving inkjet printer technology.
Preprinting allows branding, graphics and other static elements to be added before the credential reaches the event, leaving flexibility for variable information to be printed onsite.

Custom Sizes & Thicknesses
Description
Event credentials often need more visibility and more printable space than a standard card provides. Bristol ID supports several commonly used oversized formats and has a long history of developing new sizes for inkjet card applications and dealer-specific programs.
Thickness can also be configured around the application rather than limited to a single standard build.

RFID Event Credentials
Description
RFID can extend an oversized event credential beyond visual identification. For the common 3.5 × 5.5 in. format, Bristol ID commonly stocks multiple NFC and MIFARE® options. UHF technology can also be incorporated.
RFID programming can also be supported when required, giving dealers a practical way to combine a high-visibility credential with contactless technology.

Artwork & Preprinting
Description
Bristol ID can preprint static branding, graphics and security elements while leaving variable information for onsite printing.
For production artwork, high-resolution PDF files are preferred. Images should be supplied in CMYK at a minimum of 300 dpi at final size, with at least 1/8 in. of bleed. Templates are available for many card shapes and sizes.
