A metropolitan hotel that specialized in wedding and large events was looking for a way to enhance the customer experience.The Solution:
Working with a local Bristol ID partner, they were able to offer personalized hotel room keys for their special events. Conference schedules, thank-yous from the bride and groom as well as promotions from local merchants were all able to be printed right on the room key. An added benefit was that this approach helped defer the card cost for the hotel as they were able to include this in the event package pricing.
