Bristol ID Technologies Winner of Two 2013 Élan Awards from International Card Manufacturers Association
Lima, NY (June 18, 2013) – Bristol ID Technologies was recently recognized as the winner in the Access Control and ID card category of the prestigious International Card Manufacturers Association’s (ICMA) Élan Awards and as a finalist in the Best Unique Innovation category.
Bristol ID was selected as the winner of this esteemed industry award in the Access Control and ID Card category for its Little League World Series 2013 VIP Credential entry. Heightened security was needed for the 2013 Little League World Series. Secure VIP Passes were created by combining embedded translucent foil with a specialized surface stamping technique, creating the strong visual security needed to ward off imposters. More than just a credential, this oversized access card is a cherished souvenir for participants – leaving a lasting impression of a memorable event.
In the Best Unique Innovation category Bristol ID’s Venture Express Business card was selected as a finalist. This visually enticing business card was created with a digitally printed layer embedded inside, thereby creating a dimensional feel and maximizing the impact of the overall design of the card. Combined with surface foil stamped images that reflect the light, this business card is sure to get noticed.
